Chapter Officers

Epsilon Epsilson

Chapter Council

"A Tradition of Leadership" Within each chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a Chapter Council, consisting of 20 members, is elected annually. These chapter officers work together through communication, leadership, organization, education, motivation and implementation to plan and execute the many chapter events and programs.

Taylor R.

President

I am a junior from Atlanta, Georgia majoring in International Affairs/History, Pre-Law. The thing that inspires me most about Kappa is how it brings together girls who are independent and unique individuals and unites them for a common purpose. During my time in Kappa, I've been inspired and pushed to be a better leader and team player because of the girls in this chapter. I am excited to see how our incoming executive board pushes the boundaries on bettering all aspects of our chapter. I hope to offer the chapter someone to turn to for support and guidance as they navigate through their college career.

Lucy W.

Vice President of Standards

I am a sophomore from Virginia Beach, Virginia majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy and Management Consulting. I am so honored to be a part of such a selfless, caring and genuine group of women who constantly support and encourage me. Every single member of Kappa is unique but everyone shares a compassion and excitement for our sisterhood that makes our chapter so special. Being a part of Kappa has been so fun and rewarding and I hope that as Vice President of Standards I can create that same experience for every member through amazing sisterhood events and by helping our chapter to be the best that it can be!

Kate R.

Vice President of Academic Excellence

I am a sophomore from St. Louis, MO majoring in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and minoring in Anthropology on the pre-med track. One of the main things that first drew me to Kappa was how genuine each girl was. Having now been part of the sisterhood for a year I can't imagine what my life would be like without Kappa. They are my rock whenever I need someone to lean on. I am eager begin my role as VPAE because I want to be a figure of academic support for my sisters and provide resources for them to excel within the classroom. Education is so important to me and I hope to show that it can be fun too.

Isabella I.

Corresponding Secretary

I am a junior majoring in International Studies, minoring in French Studies from Atlanta, Georgia. I was immediately drawn (and continue to be drawn) to this group of intelligent, kind, and genuinely interesting women. Since becoming a part of this chapter, I’ve been consistently and lovingly supported in all of my academic, athletic and and personal goals. As incoming Corresponding Secretary, I’m excited to interact more regularly with the chapter as a whole, to serve on Chapter Council, and to strengthen ties with our alumni association.

Maggie V.

Marshal

I am a Junior majoring in Dance & Movement Studies with a concentration in Arts Management and a minoring in Linguistics from Tokyo, Japan. One of the many reasons why I love Kappa is because of our strong sisterhood. Each sister is unique in their backgrounds, interests, but we all genuinely care about our chapter as well as the relationships we've created and strengthened through Kappa. I am honored to take on the Marshal position because I am passionate about ritual and how it bonds each Kappa chapter across the country. I will never forget how special I felt to be initiated and initiate my little, and so I hope our new members and future bigs will feel the same way.

Danielle K.

Education Chairman

I am a junior in our Goizueta Business School studying film and media management. Throughout my time in this chapter, I have found amazing, genuine friendships with the women of EE. Kappa and the values it instills cultivate the best in each of us: friendship, loyalty, beauty, and scholarship. Be it a movie night in our lodge or a group study session in the library, these women are always here for me and I am forever grateful for Kappa for creating that. I am thrilled to be able to further empower our chapter through educational programming that excites and interests my sisters.

2017 Pi Chi

House Chairman

Hannah S.

Membership Chairman

I am a junior Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology major and Anthropology minor from outside of Boston, MA. I met some Kappas before recruitment freshman year that immediately led me to seek out more information about the chapter. These girls cared so much about each other, and seeing the relationship that they all had together made me want to be a part of it. Joining Kappa has given me an amazing community to be a part of at Emory, and I hope that during my time as Membership Chair I can help more women find the same home that I did.

Anjali P.

New Member Chairman

Alex B.

Panhellenic Delegate

I am a sophomore double majoring in History and International Studies from Charleston, SC. Kappa stuck out to me from the start because of the sense of realness I got from every girl I met. It never felt like forced conversation or polite chatter, there was always a sense of genuine care and concern. I know that I can sit next to any sister and have a blast which is part of what has made Emory feel like home. I am so excited to begin my position as Panhellenic Delegate because of the opportunity to unite sorority women together. I know Kappa will always have my back and I hope to foster similar feelings between all Greek women.

Monica C.

Philanthropy Chairman

I am a Sophomore double-majoring in Political Science and Economics from Waco, Texas. Kappa is special to me because all of my sisters support me. They genuinely love and accept me for who I am, and I can truly be myself around every single one of them. I met my best friends in Kappa, and they always brighten my day. As philanthropy chair, I am excited to expand our events and have a bigger service presence on campus. Service is extremely important to me, and I hope to inspire others to give back to our community.

Alyssa V.

Public Relations Chairman

I am a sophomore from Seattle, WA, and am double majoring in Biology (BS) and Psychology on the pre-med track. In my free time I do research in the Emory psychology lab and try out new restaurants in the ATL area with my beautiful sisters. I love Kappa because it gave me a community on campus. I never think twice about asking a sister for help or helping a sister in need. That kind of loyalty and genuine interaction defines Kappa for me. I am extremely excited to fulfill my position as Public Relations Chairman because I want to assist in showing others how incredibly amazing, passionate, driven, and loyal the sisters of Epsilon Epsilon are. Here's to 2017!
